We answer questions about bookings, accounts and billing at the same address. For anything about a specific treatment, please contact the salon you booked with directly — the salon is always your contractual partner for the treatment (see Terms).
Role of the platform
Stylingcorner is a booking and management platform for beauty businesses in Switzerland. Treatments are provided solely by the salons. Stylingcorner does not provide beauty services and never becomes a party to the treatment contract.
When a customer pays online, the payment runs through the payment provider Stripe directly to the salon; the salon remains the payee and the service provider.
Origin of and responsibility for content
Profiles maintained by the business: where a business has opened or claimed its profile itself, it enters and is responsible for the content — services, prices, opening hours, staff and images.
Imported public facts: listings that a business has not (yet) claimed are created by Stylingcorner from publicly available business information (name, address, categories, description, opening hours). They are only published after release by an administrator, but the details are neither confirmed by the business nor verified by us. Such a listing implies no partnership or affiliation with the business and cannot be booked online. Details: Privacy Centre, "Unclaimed Business Listings" page.
Placeholders: where an image is missing, we show the business's initials instead of a photo. We do not add invented descriptions, reviews or images.
Reviews come exclusively from customers whose appointment was booked through Stylingcorner and completed.
We remove or take offline unlawful or manifestly incorrect content once we become aware of it. Please send reports to the email address above.
Copyright and trademark rights
Stylingcorner's texts, design and software are protected by copyright. Rights in the name "Stylingcorner" and the logo are reserved. Images and texts uploaded by businesses remain with those businesses.
