Only someone who booked and attended the appointment through Stylingcorner can review it. That is why every review carries the note «Verified booking».
A review always belongs to one specific appointment, not to a salon in general.
Who may review, and from when
What you need
- An appointment booked through Stylingcorner
- The appointment is over and has been closed by the salon
An appointment becomes reviewable once it is over and the salon has billed it. Until then it does not appear in your list, even if the time has already passed.
Exactly one review is possible per appointment. If you have several appointments at the same salon, you can review each of them separately.
There is no deadline for writing. A completed appointment stays reviewable. If you delete your review, though, you cannot review that same appointment again.
Writing a review
- Open the «Reviews» area in your account.
- Among the reviewable appointments, pick the one you mean.
- Give one to five stars. That is the only mandatory part.
- Pick any fitting attributes and, if you like, write a text.
- Submit. The review is publicly visible immediately.
The text is optional; a review with stars only is valid. It may be up to 2000 characters long.
You cannot add images to a review.
What gets published
- Your first name and the initial of your surname, for example «Anna B.».
- Your star rating and, where present, your text and the attributes you picked.
- The services of the appointment and the people who performed them.
- The publication date, and a marker if you edited the review later.
- The note «Verified booking».
Your email address, your phone number and your full surname are never published. Neither is the amount you paid.
Editing and deleting
After publication you have 30 days to edit or delete your review. After that the buttons disappear.
A deleted review is immediately invisible everywhere and no longer counts towards the salon's average.
The salon's reply
A salon may reply publicly to each review exactly once. The reply sits beneath your review and the salon can still change it later.
When a salon replies to your review, a note about it appears in your notifications.
The salon cannot edit, hide or delete your review. A bad review stays up too. There is no button in your account yet for reporting somebody else's review — write to us in such a case.
