Your account has seven areas. You reach them from the menu on the left, or on a phone from the bar at the top.
Everything here requires you to be signed in. These pages never appear in a search engine.
Saving salons
- Sign in.
- Tap the heart on a salon — in the search results, on the map or on the salon profile.
- Under «Favourites» you find every saved salon again.
Favourites belong to your account, not to a device. What you save on a laptop is there on your phone too.
Only salons can be saved, not individual services and not individual people. And only published salons: if a profile is not public, it cannot be saved.

Changing your profile details
Under «Profile & settings» you change your first name, last name and phone number, and upload or remove a profile picture.
You also set the language of the interface there. Appointment emails arrive in German or English regardless of that.
This does not retroactively change your details on an appointment you already booked. The salon sees what applied at booking time, and your current details at your next booking.
Changing your email address
What you need
- Access to the new mailbox
- Open «Profile & settings» and start the change in your contact details.
- Enter the new address. We check that it can receive email and is still free.
- We send a six-digit code to the new address. Enter it.
- Done. From now on you sign in with the new address.
The new address counts as confirmed immediately, because you just entered the code from it. As a safeguard, a notice goes to the old address saying the change took place.
The address cannot be changed through the ordinary profile form. This route with the code is the only one.
Password and security
You change your password in the settings; you need the current one for that. If you have forgotten it, use «Forgot password» on the sign-in page.
A reset ends all your sessions and cancels every remembered device. You then sign in again everywhere.
Signing out
«Sign out» is in the account menu. It ends the session in this browser; other devices stay signed in.
If you want to be safe on someone else's device, sign out there before you hand it back. Signing out remotely is not possible.
