2026-09-23 — Publication (v2.0)

All Privacy Centre documents, the Terms of Use, the Business Terms and the Imprint have been approved by the operator and are in force since 23 September 2026 (version v2.0).

Processing locations added where established: hosting, database, files and backups in Switzerland (Infomaniak); email delivery in the USA (Resend); payments in the USA and other countries (Stripe).

Retention added: server logs 14 days; backups 30 days, encrypted and stored in Switzerland; delivery logs at Resend 30 days.

Security: the statement that PRO sessions cannot be extended had been out of date since persistent sign-in on 2026-09-21 and was removed.

Details that are not established are omitted rather than shown as open items.

21 Sep 2026 — Persistent sign-in (all documents still DRAFT or REVIEW_REQUIRED)

Cookies & Tracking v1.3: added the new strictly necessary cookie sc_pro_refresh. It keeps you signed in to Stylingcorner PRO, the area for salons; it is "httpOnly", additionally "Secure" in production, and is replaced with a new value on every use.

Cookies & Tracking v1.3: corrected the lifetime of sc_session. Instead of a fixed 30 days from signing in, it is now a rolling 90 days from last use, and at most 1 year from signing in. You therefore stay signed in until you sign out or do not use the account for 90 days. The same lifetime applies to the session token held in the app's secure system storage.

The processing itself does not change: no additional personal data is collected, and the new cookies serve only signing in, not analytics or advertising.

19 Sep 2026 — R2 publication review (all documents still DRAFT or REVIEW_REQUIRED)

Cookies & Tracking v1.2: described the consent-based first-party usage statistics (events, per-tab identifier, withdrawal, open retention period). The cookie choice is now stored with the notice version; earlier choices without a version no longer apply and are asked for again.

Subprocessors v1.2 and International Data Transfers v1.2: role, data flows and open items per provider; processing countries and transfer mechanisms marked as pending (including Stripe); Infomaniak as "Swiss hosting, to be confirmed against the production configuration"; Apple/Google platform services for the app added.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA) v1.2: actual acceptance mechanism (only the currently effective version; version, language and text fingerprint are stored), scope per PRO features, clauses on subprocessors, assistance, return/deletion and evidence; cautious wording on GDPR applicability. The text remains a draft that cannot be accepted.

Data Retention & Deletion v1.1: actual deletion flow (request, identity verification, de-identification by an admin), remaining copies and responsibilities; periods stay open where not decided.

Privacy Notice v1.2: app location and push notifications, usage statistics, deletion flow, origin of imported listings. Privacy Rights Center v1.1: requests via account settings, deletion flow.

Unclaimed Business Listings v1.1: origin, stored and displayed details, labelling, claiming and the correction/removal procedure per the actual implementation.

Outside the Privacy Centre: Legal Notice v1.1, Customer Terms v1.1 and Business Terms v1.1 (status REVIEW_REQUIRED each).

19 Sep 2026 — v1.1 (DRAFT)

Subprocessors, Privacy Notice and International Transfers: added hosting provider Infomaniak (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva) with data centres in Switzerland.

Cookies: corrected the list of cookies set — sc_session, sc_customer_trusted_device and sc_cookie_consent; NEXT_LOCALE is only read, never set.

DPA, Payments, Subprocessors, International Transfers: removed an outdated price reference ("CHF 29"). The processing itself is unchanged.

How future changes will be logged

Every material change to a document will get a new version number and date, recorded here — nothing is silently overwritten.

Stylingcorner informs PRO businesses by email about material changes to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and to the subprocessors. Automated sending of this information has not been implemented yet; until then it is done manually.
