Privacy Rights Center
This page is a real place to exercise your privacy rights, not just a pointer to a general contact address. Each button below opens a pre-filled email to our privacy team with the right request already spelled out.
With a customer account you can also submit these requests in your account settings under Privacy. Every request is carried out manually by our privacy team (legal@stylingcorner.ch); there is no automatic self-service (e.g. one-click deletion). We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request — for deletion requests this check is mandatory.
Access Your Data
You can request a copy of the personal data Stylingcorner holds about you.
Correction
You can request that inaccurate or incomplete information about you be corrected.
Account Deletion
You can request that your account be deleted. After your identity has been verified, an authorised administrator replaces or removes the identifying details in your account and blocks access. Linked records (e.g. bookings, reviews, the salon's customer file) partly remain — details on the "Data Retention & Deletion" page.
Data Export
You can request your data in a common, portable format.
Object to or Restrict Processing
You can object to a specific processing activity or request that it be restricted.
Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw any consent you have given (for example, for a contact channel) at any time, with effect going forward.
Marketing and Notification Preferences
You can adjust or fully unsubscribe from newsletters, offers, recommendations, and voucher notifications.
Report a Privacy Concern
You can report a general privacy concern, observation, or complaint that doesn't fit one of the categories above.
Request Review of an Unclaimed Listing
If your business appears on Stylingcorner without your involvement, you can request a review, claim it, or ask for it to be removed.
